Joining
FamesClub is a private members club. You apply in the app with your name, a photo of you and your Instagram; we look at every application personally. Until then your FamesCard is yours to keep and share.
Plans and payments
- Free: your card, the map and its places.
- Member and Passport: monthly or yearly subscriptions through the App Store.
- Black and Elite: by invitation from FamesClub, then a monthly subscription through the App Store.
To cancel, open the iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions → FamesClub at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Bought on another iPhone? Open Membership in the app and tap Restore.
Meeting people safely
Meets happen in public places, and only you decide what you share. Anyone can be blocked from their card or a meet, and anything that feels wrong can be reported there — our team looks at every report. In an emergency, call 911.
Your data
The map uses your location while the app is open — and with the app closed only if you turn on Uncover while you travel (Settings); the way you’ve come stays on your phone. Nobody sees where you are, unless you turn on Friends on my map for the people you met (Settings). What we keep and why is in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account in the app under Settings → Delete account.
